WHY?

Here’s the deal guys, we really like reading about new bands. We like thinking about them and listening to them. There’s this band called Sun Marquee in Austin and they’ve got this really great bass breakdown in one of their songs that could very possibly soundtrack your Friday night drive to Cheer Up Charlie’s. But how the hell would you know about them?

We’re here to show you those awesome songs and the young hungry bands making music for pretty much nobody in Austin, TX and probably other places too. They’re infinitely more interesting than other more “established” bands, unless they’re like Radiohead or something. Buy they used to suck too.

The Fussus was founded in June 2013 by the kind folks behind Axis Productions. We’ve got mad respect for bands and people who go broke recording music that maybe no one will ever hear.
