Coming Up Like a Flower: Tenderfoot RCD
Formed from the currently hiatus-ized rock group Dangeresque (you can check out their latest EP here), Tenderfoot RCD (pronounced Tenderfoot Records) offers tape and lo-fi lovers a whole world to get lost in. If you’re partial to the drifty, slanty, electro hiss ambience of Boards of Canada, then Tenderfoot RCD will hit you nicely. It’s really more of an exploration. Try to listen to Tenderfoot’s “Flowing” either extremely late at night staring into darkness, or possibly during the day floating in a pool Graduate style. We recommend ”When I Close My Eyes (I Think of You)” as an entry point.
